Obituary of Caroline Mary Donati

Carolyn Mary Donati (née D’Amico) sadly passed away on November 5, 2022 in her home in Clementon NJ, at the age of 86. She was born in Hazelton, PA on December 31st, 1935.

A brilliant mind and warmer heart, Carolyn was an avid reader who enjoyed playing cards with friends, mastering games like bridge and mahjong.

A graduate of Hazelton High School, she is survived by her husband of 66 years, David B. Donati, sisters Patricia Matteo (Jerry) and AnnaJean Muckler, and daughter Deborah Applegate (Eugene). She is also survived by granddaughter Jennifer Applegate, grandsons David A. Donati (Noelle) and James Applegate (Amanda); great-grandchildren Emma Peacock, Jesse Young, Kyle Applegate, Marissa Applegate, and Summer Donati.  She is survived by 19 nieces and nephews. Carolyn was predeceased by her sister Florence Lutz (Carl) and son David P. Donati (Christine).

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday from 9AM-11AM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE BERLIN NJ 08009. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30AM at Saint Simon Stock Parish, 178 W. White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ 08009. Entombment in Locustwood Cemetery Mausoleum to follow, 1500 Marlton Pike West, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 followed by a luncheon.
