Obituary of Thomas Edward Daley

Thomas E. Daley, Stratford NJ, passed away on October 23, 2022, age 92. Son of the late Joseph and Clara A. (née Williamson). Beloved husband of 66 years of Mary Jane (née Graber) Daley. Loving father of Susan Jane Delp (Brian), Thomas E. II (Linda) and Brian P. (Kathy). Dear brother of the late Joseph F.  Daley (Doris) and the late Barbara L.  Burgess (John). Grandfather of Sara, Samantha (David), Thomas E. III (Marissa), Christopher, Michael and the late Michael Delp. Great grandfather of Noah.

Formerly of Pennsauken/Merchantville area; he graduated from Camden Catholic High School Class of 1948 and attended Drexel Institute of Technology in Philadelphia. He began his work career with Philco Corp of Philadelphia and RCA working as a mechanical designer in Cherry Hill/Camden/Moorestown. Tom Retired from the DuPont Co. of Wilmington. He worked as a Consultant Engineer serving the Printing/Publishing industry throughout all North America retiring after 26 years of service.

Tom was very active in Stratford coaching youth softball, baseball, football, and wrestling affectionately known as “Coach Daley”. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchild and spending summers in Cape May with his multitude of friends.

 Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday from 9AM-11AM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE BERLIN NJ 08009. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish St. Luke RC Church, 55 Warwick Rd. Stratford NJ 08084. Interment in New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations to the Voorhees Animal Orphanage, 419 Cooper Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043 would be appreciated. To leave lasting condolences or photos, please use the links on this page.
