Obituary of Jason Paul Bosak

Jason Paul Bosak (Jay Blakka), born May 8, 1987, 35 years young, of Berlin NJ, passed away suddenly on June 25, 2022. Beloved son of Denise Bosak. Loving grandson of Paul and Beatrice Bosak “Mom Mom and Pop Pop”. Dear nephew of Diana Ellery (Mike) and Paul Bosak (Amber) and godson of Paul and Theresa Siderio. Also survived by many cousins and friends spanning Berlin NJ, southern Florida and Austin TX. 

Jason was a unique, charismatic, wild and crazy guy who lived hard and enjoyed life to the fullest. He was caring and had a huge heart that touched many lives. He was a talented artist and writer, keeping journals and sketchbooks documenting his life through poems, illustrations and prayer. He loved cats, guns, working out at the gym, MMA/Jiu-Jitsu and watching UFC fights. Music was his sanity. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday July 15, 2022 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at St. Simon Stock Parish Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 178 W. White Horse Pike, Berlin NJ 08009. Memorial mass 11:00AM. Interment will take place privately. For those who cannot attend in person, a webcast of the service will streaming on the church website.
