Obituary of Dolores M. Meister
Dolores Margaret Meister (née Smith), of Berlin NJ, passed away on February 9, 2021 of natural causes at age 82. Devoted wife of William Meister. Loving mother of Karen Palumbo, Scott Anderson (Tracey), the late Mark Anderson and the late Denise Valente (John & late Gregory Valente). Dear sister of Michele Huhn (Sam). Daughter of the late Elwood Smith and late Margaret Smith (née Godwin). Stepsister of Debbie Brown (née Smith), John Smith and Timothy Smith. Cherished grandmother of Jacqueline Wilson (Jim), Louis M. Palumbo, Mark Valente (Caroline), Corrine Michele Anderson (Harry), Brittany Michele Valente (Frank) & Amber Del Pidio (Sam); who all referred to her lovingly as ‘Nanny’. Loving great grandmother of Benjamin Wilson, Greame Wilson and Anthony Randall Del Pidio. Also survived by her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Lynch, Maureen McClellan, Maria Morris, Sammy Huhn, John Bloh, Kevin Bloh and Christopher Bloh.
Dolores was born and raised in Philadelphia PA and was currently living in Berlin NJ with her husband. Dolores loved to brag about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she enjoyed being surrounded by her family and friends. Dolores was a giving person to all who knew her and will be very missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday morning 10:00AM to 11:00AM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE, BERLIN NJ 08009. Memorial Service 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment will take place privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project at P.O. Box 758517, Topeka KS 66675-8517 would be appreciated. Due to the current regulations, face masks must be worn, and attendance will be limited to follow all COVID-19 guidelines.
