Joan Huntowski, 68 years old, of Voorhees, NJ, passed away on March 5, 2023.
Joan worked as a business teacher at Black Horse Pike Regional School District and Eastern Regional High School for 25 years before retiring. She was a passionate sports fan, attending countless Flyers, Union, Boston College and Notre Dame football, and Villanova basketball games and cheering for the Eagles and Phillies. Joan also enjoyed traveling throughout Europe, the Caribbean, and the United States with her husband of 44 years. In addition, she loved relaxing on the beaches of Ocean City, NJ and Hilton Head Island with her family, creating arts and crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Beloved wife of Joseph S. Huntowski. Loving daughter of Raphaela Rossi. Devoted mother of triplets MJ Huntowski, Deanna Huntowski-Nasseh (Alexander) and Eric Huntowski (Laura). Dear sister of Barbara A. Wooton (John). Adoring grandmom to Cole and Elise. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Monday, March 13, 2023 from 9:30AM to 11:00AM at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 27 Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Gibbsboro, NJ 08026. Funeral Mass 11:00 AM. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joan's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
